He has been instrumental in developing, promoting and expanding musical venues for RIRBPS and taught Master Classes in Bass at the Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts (TAPA) in Providence.
Tom, Instruments for Children Program Director, plays blues guitar in many local RI venues. He also gives private lessons in guitar and bass and has been instrumental in growing the Instruments Program throughout RI.

Through his leadership the Instruments Program has donated over 250 instruments this year to young musicians at local area schools. He also coordinates obtaining the instruments from the donor, having them serviced and cleaned and lining up local schools systems that have students in need of a muscial instrument.
